StarLNG: a family of small to mid-scale LNG processes
Linde Engineering, Pullach in collaboration with Linde Process Plants, Inc. (LPP), Tulsa, OK has successfully developed a collection of LNG standard plant solutions, under the banner StarLNG™. These standard plant solutions cover LNG production from 30 to 3,000 tons per day and feature mixed refrigerant technology; LIMUM® process (Linde's proprietary technology) or expander based processes with nitrogen/mixed refrigerant, such as EcoRel (from Cryostar, a Linde company). Ron Key, Vice President of Technology & Sales for LPP, said, “These technologies give midstream companies an avenue to become a major player in the growing LNG market and significantly increase profit from their shale gas NGL recovery plants”.

At the meeting, Mr. Bauer will explore the advantages of each StarLNG™ solution in the LNG Technology and Development session. Attendees will learn which LNG production process best suits their application and how Linde delivers a tailored solution to meet their needs. Additional advantage to the customer is Linde’s capability to do everything from equipment sale to a fully designed plant including construction.
