Maire Tecnimont and WorleyParsons group announce a strategic alliance to develop LNG Regas and mini-LNG projects worldwide. The Strategic Alliance agreement has been signed by Sofregaz, the French operating company of the Maire Tecnimont group highly specialized in natural gas business, and by WorleyParsons, a leading provider of professional services to the energy and resources sector. The partnership is based on a shared vision of the high potential of the natural gas market within the framework of global energy demand.


The strategic alliance between the two partners will combine their respective capabilities to cover the full range of consultancy and engineering services, including LNG regasification terminals, mini-LNG liquefaction plants and LNG peak shaving units, for both onshore and offshore solutions. The strategic alliance is global with particular focus on North America, China, India, South East Asia and Australasia.
