Serica Energy plc: 32nd Round Licence Offer
Serica Energy plc notes the announcement from the Oil and Gas Authority that the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Serica Energy (UK) Limited, has been offered a new licence covering four UK Northern North Sea blocks in the 32nd UKCS Licensing Round.

Serica Energy (UK) Limited has been offered a 100% operated interest in all four blocks it applied for, namely 3/25b, 3/30, 4/26 and 9/5a. These blocks are in the vicinity of the Bruce area.

There are no drilling commitments associated with this offer.

Serica Energy (AIM: SQZ) is a British independent oil and gas exploration and production company with exploration, development and production assets in the UK and exploration interests offshore Namibia.
Serica is the operator of the producing Bruce, Keith and Rhum fields in the UK Northern North Sea, holding a 98% interest in the Bruce field, a 100% interest in the Keith field and a 50% interest in the Rhum field.
Serica holds an 18% non-operated interest in the producing Erskine field in the UK Central North Sea and a 50% operated interest in the Columbus field for which development has been approved by the OGA and has commenced.
