With reference to press articles containing allegations about Saipem's financial net debt, the Company informs that any alleged figure as of a specific date is not significant. As per the financial calendar already announced to the market, the actual numbers for the half year will be communicated on July 28.

The Company also reiterates that no capital increase and/or refinancing operations have been brought to the attention of the Board of Directors.
