The acquisition includes all its assets, sales and distribution facilities. Ferush is a respected Peruvian fuel distributor and with this acquisition, Puma Energy enters the highly competitive Peruvian market which increases its footprint in the Americas to 11 markets. The Peruvian population, estimated at 30.4 million and the country is an excellent complement our existing operations across South America. It is bordered in the north by Ecuador and Colombia, in the east by Brazil, in the southeast by Bolivia, in the south by Chile.
