OMV, the international, integrated oil and gas company headquartered in Vienna, starts the sales process for the potential divestment of its filling station business in Germany.
The group subsidiary OMV Deutschland GmbH operates a network of 287 filling stations in southern Germany with focus on Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg. The successful VIVA world of indulgence is offered at 195 sites. OMV filling stations are service centers for mobile customers and provide numerous products and top quality services as well as a wide range of local services.
