Finland’s Vaasa Administrative Court has ruled on the appeals made against the Water Permit in Finland. According to the Court decision, the three appeals against the decision of the Finnish permit authority to grant the Water Permit have been rejected.

The Water Permit was granted by the Regional State Administrative Agency for Southern Finland on 12 February, 2010. Eight Estonian NGO´s together with the Finnish Association of Nature Conservationand two individuals appealed the Water Permit decision in March, 2010.
