Naftogaz has transferred $1.65bn to Gazprom as payment for previously delivered volumes of gas. Naftogaz has now made two tranches of payments to Gazprom, totalling $3.1bn, in line with the protocol signed in Brussels on 30 October 2014 in respect of 11.5 billion cubic meters of gas delivered by Gazprom in November - December 2013 and April - June 2014. The first payment of $1.45bn was made on 4 November 2014.
