L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering Signs 5-year Framework Agreement with Shell for Engineering, Procurement & Construction Management Services
L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering (LTHE), a leading Engineering & Construction company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro (L&T), has signed an Enterprise Framework Agreement (EFA) with Shell Global Solutions International B.V., for providing Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) Services for Shell projects in the Middle East, South East Asia and India.

The EFA is for a period of five years. For any agreements resulting from the EFA, LTHE will leverage on its core strengths of engineering and project management to deliver projects for Shell. LTHE’s engineering office in India, will be its High Value Engineering Centre.

“This agreement is in line with our strategic goals and is a breakthrough for our newly formed Engineering Services Business Vertical. We will combine our engineering expertise with project and risk management skills to provide complete solutions to the customers across the globe,” said Mr. Subramanian Sarma, MD & CEO, L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering.
