Nos solutions peuvent être implantées non seulement dans la raffinerie, mais aussi dans les valves, pompes, équipements de forage ou de sécurité.

Afin d'adresser au mieux les exigences du marché, nous avons développé des mélanges haute performance avec basse DRC et des homologations NORSOK M710 et TOTAL GS PVV 142.

Nos solutions standard et sur-mesure résistent aux environnements difficiles du secteur pétrolier, assurant la sécurité des installations.

La bague PFS (bague bi-matière métal/caoutchouc) peut remplacer les solutions d'étanchéité existantes (joints spiralés, joints fibre, joints papier...) et garantit une étanchéité durable, sûre et économique. Elle est réutilisable et constitue donc un système d'étanchéité à vie. Elle est particulièrement recommandée pour une utilisation en eau chaude, vapeur, gaz, huile et dans tous types de tuyauterie.

Description (En) : Active in the Oil&Gas industry for more than 30 years, Hutchinson National O-Ring develops sealing solutions such as O-Rings, gaskets and flange seals for the OEM&MRO industries of the Oil&Gas market.

Our solutions can be installed in the refining, but also in the upstream sector like drilling equipment, valves, pumps, BOP and safety elements.

To specifically address the requirements of the market, we developed high performance compounds with low compression set and Norsok M710 and TOTAL GS PVV 142 approvals.

Our standard or customized static sealing solutions are capable of withstanding the harsh environments present in the oilfield, ensuring protection and peace of mind.

The PFS Flange Seals (rubber-to-metal bonded seals) can replace existing gaskets with an enhanced sealing capability. They are reusable and can be considered as seals for life.
The PFS is particularly recommended in hot water, steam, gas, oil and chemical fluid transport systems where bolted flanges are used to connect pipe work.
