GAS NATURAL FENOSA concluded the share capital increase enabling the Algerian company, Sonatrach, to become a shareholder with a resulting 3.85% of the company. The Algerian company has fully subscribed the increase of 38.183.600 shares, for which it has paid a total of 514.737.838.16 euros, at 13.4806 euros per share.

The share capital of GAS NATURAL SDG, SA has come to consist of 991.672.139 shares of a par value of one euro each.

The conclusion of the share capital increase has occurred once the corresponding approval of the Algerian authorities has been obtained and following the inscription of the share capital increase document in the Barcelona Commercial Register.

The operation does not involve the appointment of any representative of the Algerian company to the Board of GAS NATURAL FENOSA.
