Expro retains wireline contract with Total in Indonesia
International oilfield service company Expro has renewed a three-year contract with Total in Indonesia for the supply of slickline services.

As part of the contract, Expro will provide six slickline equipment packages and seven crews to support the drilling and completion operations in the Mahakam permit area. This area includes the following fields: Sisi Nubi, Tunu, Handil, Tambora Peciko. The Mahakam delta is located in East Kalimantan, Borneo.

Expro is a leading global provider of through tubing and completion wireline services. Focusing on well performance and service, Expro provides a comprehensive range of services for cost-effective operations.
Most services can be deployed on various platforms, ranging from slickline and electric line through to coiled tubing, from various locations around the globe.
Ed Anderson, Expro’s Asia Region Director, said: “This extension sees Expro retain a contract we have been working on for the past 40 months and strengthens our relationship with this important customer. This contract is a key part of our Asia wireline business and we look forward to continuing to deliver the highest service quality to Total E&P Indonesie.”
