Edison and Snam announce the start of exclusive negotiations for the purchase and sale of 100% of Edison Stoccaggio, following the competitive bidding process started in October 2023 on Edison’s subsidiary.
Edison Stoccaggio contributes to the security of Italy’s energy system through three natural gas storage facilities located in Cellino (Teramo), Collalto (Treviso) and San Potito e Cotignola (Ravenna), with a total storage capacity of about 1 billion cubic metres per year.
The market will be duly informed about the possible conclusion of the negotiations.
