Dragados Offshore: SAIL-AWAY Tyra Future Development TEG & TEH JACKETS.
The latest success made in Puerto Real by Dragados Offshore for Total E&P Danmark A/S, the Tyra Future Development Project sailed away yesterday, September 2 to be installed in the Danish sector of the North Sea.

The Jackets are transported on barge H-627 belonging to Heerema and are likely to reach final destination (approximately 225km west off the coast of Esbjerg, Denmark) within 10 natural days.

The Tyra field comprises the Tyra East and Tyra West facilities. The field has been in production for thirty years, and the existing facilities are suffering from seabed subsidence.

The project consists of TEG Jacket 6.338 tons & TEH Jacket 3.923 tons (excluding piles).

The scope of work awarded to Dragados Offshore is the project management, HSEQ management, procurement, construction, preservation, preparation for sail-away including load-out, sea-fastening and handover of the Tyra Jackets TEG (Jacket for the Process and Utility Platform) and TEH (Jacket for the Accommodation Platform).

Dragados Offshore consolidates once more its position as a leader in the development and execution of offshore projects for the Oil & Gas industry.
