Chiyoda Corporation (Chiyoda) is pleased to announce that it has signed an Enterprise Framework Agreement (EFA) for engineering and procurement services with Shell Global Solutions International B.V. (Shell), to support potential future projects globally.

Chiyoda has developed a strong and trusted collaboration with Shell, supporting them on major projects worldwide for over fifty years. The EFA establishes a flexible framework that supports timely access to Chiyoda's engineering and procurement expertise as project needs emerge. Drawing on Chiyoda's experience in the delivery of complex energy projects, the agreement is designed to enable faster mobilization and enhanced integration between Shell and Chiyoda. This approach supports improved cost and schedule confidence, enhances project execution predictability, and enables Shell to respond more effectively to evolving market and project conditions.

Based on its purpose of 'Enriching Society through Engineering Value', Chiyoda partners with customers from the earliest stages of project development to realize 'business co-creation', while aiming to contribute to the realization of a sustainable society through its mission of 'Energy and Environment in Harmony'.
