Chiyoda Awarded FEED Contract for Tangguh Expansion Project

 Chiyoda Corporation ("Chiyoda") is pleased to announce that Chiyoda has been awarded a contract by BP Berau Ltd (as Operator of Tangguh PSC Contractor for the Onshore Front End Engineering and Design (FEED) contract for the Tangguh Expansion Project (Tangguh LNG Train 3) in consortium with PT. Chiyoda International Indonesia, a wholly owned subsidiary of Chiyoda group and PT. Trippana Engineers and Constructors, PT. Tripana Engineering, PT. Saipem Indonesia and PT. Suluh Ardhi Engineering (jointly "CSTS").
Tangguh LNG Train 3 with the liquefaction capacity of 3.8 million tonnes per annum (mtpa) will be built at the Tangguh site, which is located in Papua Barat Province of Indonesia.
CSTS will execute the FEED work of the Tangguh LNG Train 3 for 12 months, which also encompasses LNG jetty and associated infrastructure.
Aiming for an EPC contract, Chiyoda will execute the FEED work with our FEED and EPC experience accumulated from numerous LNG projects around the world.
