Chiyoda Awarded FEED Contract by QatarEnergy for North Field West LNG Onshore Facilities, Ras Laffan, Qatar Chiyoda Corporation (Chiyoda) is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) contract by QatarEnergy LNG, acting as an agent for QatarEnergy for the North Field West (NFW) Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) onshore facilities, Ras Laffan, Qatar.

The NFW project is QatarEnergy’s third expansion of LNG production from North Field, which will increase Qatar’s LNG production capacity to 142 MTPA upon project completion.
