AGR has drilled its 500th well. The latest milestone in the company’s successful development represents an average of one new drilling project started every 10 days since 2000.

In that time AGR has delivered drilling projects for 106 clients in 25 countries, spanning six continents.

The remarkable achievement was marked with celebrations at AGR’s offices around the world, including Aberdeen, Oslo, Stavanger and Perth, Australia.

AGR has drilled wells for clients in every possible environment including deepwater and ultra-deepwater, HPHT, the Hoop area of the Barents Sea and a number of sensitive environments. The projects they have delivered cover the entire oilfield lifecycle, from exploration, through appraisal to development and production wells.
