A new gas deposit of ORLEN and PGNiG
PKN ORLEN and PGNiG, have discovered a new gas deposit in Wielkopolska. Results of a production test confirm a very good production rate of the well. Production potential of the deposit was estimated at 50 million m3 of natural gas per annum.

The deposit is located on the premises of a joint project area - Płotki in Wielkopolska within Śrem-Jarocin licence. It was discovered by Chwalęcin-1K well which final depth achieved 3050 m MD (1). The works were performed from the end of April of this year.
