Gestion complète d'affaires: QHSE, analyse du besoin client, proposition technique et financière, planning et ressources, développement CAO, calculs, gestion des achats, fabrication, tests de qualification et de fonctionnement, documentation technique, dossier de certification et justification CE, assistance terrain, pièces détachées.
Réalisation de projets d'équipement de prospection pétrolière sur sites terrestre et en mer: prototypes et petites et moyennes séries.
Certification des dossiers par bureau certificateur: Norsok, Lloyds, DNV, APAVE, Bureau Véritas. Tests de qualification en interne: levage suivant norme DNV 2.7-1 ou EN 12079.
Gestion de besoins standards ou spécifiques: ATEX, 2.7-2, grands froids, désertiques.
Unité de fabrication acier, inox, aluminium, polyester: débit, soudure qualifiée, peinture, intégration mécanique, hydraulique, électrique, tests, expédition à l'international.
Bancs de tests de traction, puissance mécanique et hydraulique.
Importante implication dans la sécurité du personnel, projets LEAN: 5S, VSM

Description (En) : Full project management: QHSE, customer requirements analyses, technical and financial quotation, planning and ressources, CAD file, strength calculation, supply chain management: purchasing, warehouse, stock, manufacturing, integration, qualification and functionnal tests, technical documentation, CE justification file, field support, spare part management: purchasing, shipping and repair.
Protototyping and manufacturing of batch of Oil & Gas exploration and production worldwide, onshore and offshore.
Third party file and products certification: Norsok, Lloyds, DNV, Bureau Veritas, Apave. 2.7-1 and 2.7-2 in-house tests. ATEX integration certification per LCIE.
Management of standard and special requirements such as desert and artic conditions, ATEX, Hazardous areas, Zone 2 and 1.
Manufacturing plant: preparation, steel, SST and aluminum qualified welders, painting (Frosio standard),meacnical, hydraulic and electrical integration, tests, worldwide shipping.
Pull test fixtures, power test equipment for hydraulic circuits.
