Gazprom and OMV address preparations for Shareholders’ Agreement on Nord Stream II
The Gazprom headquarters hosted today a working meeting between Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Company's Management Committee and Rainer Seele, Chairman of the Executive Board of OMV.

The parties addressed the issues of the Nord Stream II project implementation, particularly, the preparations for the Shareholders' Agreement on setting up a joint venture for constructing the new gas pipeline.

About the Nord Stream II gas pipeline

On June 18, 2015 Gazprom, E.ON, Shell and OMV signed the Memorandum of Intent stipulating the joint construction of two strings of the Nord Stream II gas pipeline with the aggregate annual capacity of 55 billion cubic meters of gas from Russia to Germany across the Baltic Sea.
