Axens North America Inc. announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the Willow Island (West Virginia) manufacturing plant for reforming catalyst and appropriate intellectual property rights to pursue such business from Criterion.

“This acquisition strengthens our offer in the area of catalytic reforming for gasoline and aromatics production and helps us to better serve customers by providing them a wider range of products from a larger manufacturing platform”, said Jean Sentenac, Chairman and CEO of Axens Group.
